· Who doesn’t like a picnic? Queen Of Martyrs picnic is scheduled for September 19. We had a great team last year. Those wishing to help again and those wanting to join the team look for a sign-up sheet next week in the narthex.
 
· McAuley Hall is filling up with activities. The building needs a good cleaning. Jacky and Sandi cleaned and re-organized the kitchen after the tornado, but now the walls need to be washed down, the chairs and tables need a thorough cleaning, the storage areas need to be decluttered and thoroughly cleaned.
 
· The flowerbeds have been recently mulched. They are beautiful! We need gardening help to keep them pruned and weeded.
 
· Office Help-we have entered a new fiscal year and are cleaning out the old to make room for the new. We need a list of people who are willing to help with mailings, collating,  filing and answering phones.
